Booking, payment and cancellation terms are shown when you book and confirmed in your booking confirmation.

House rules

• All guests must register at reception on arrival (state fire legislation).
• Guests are responsible for all fees and charges in relation to their stay, including extra cleaning, damage and breakages, including in common areas.
• Lost or misplaced keys will incur a replacement charge.
• Please keep noise to a minimum and respect other residents. Guests may be asked to leave if excessive noise leads to complaints.
• A no-party policy applies to all apartments.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times on level 12 and in the gym.
• Guests and visitors use the complex facilities at their own risk.
